For wineries

The winery operating system, starting with the room you’re already in.

You pour for hundreds of people a year and go home with almost nothing to show for it. We fix that first, then the rest.

We have already run the room

The inaugural SLO Wine Mixer, June 2026. Counted at the table, bottle by bottle, by the three of us.

The shift

Direct-to-consumer is shrinking. The night out is where wine sells now.

The tasting room slowed down

Club sign-ups and DTC shipments don’t carry the load they used to.

The stack is a mess

POS here, email there, a spreadsheet of events someone heard about. Nothing adds up.

Events are the channel

Pour for a room of buyers and the money follows. Walking away with nothing is the hard part.

Not a winery?

If you’re the one putting the event on, we built you your own screen.

The roster, the insurance certificates, the booth fees, the floor map and every reminder, in one place instead of a spreadsheet and two inboxes.

What pourd does

The room, the data, and everything after.

  • Capture the night

An iPad at your table. Bottles poured, pour rate, ratings, repeat intent. Counted as it happens.

  • Read the room

Your numbers, benchmarked against every other winery in the building. Anonymized, honest, yours.

  • Grow into the winery OS

Events are the front door. The roadmap runs the rest of the winery from one login.

Founding wineries

We’re building this with a small group of wineries. Not for them.

pourd started at a folding table at the SLO Wine Mixer, counting bottles by hand because nobody else would. Now we’re turning that night into the platform wineries actually need, and we’d rather build it next to the people who pour than guess at what they want.

No commitment, no sales pitch, nothing binding. A conversation and a letter, and you help set what comes next.

Or email us straight at hello@pourdhq.com.

What a founding winery gets

  • Early access

You use every surface before anyone else does, starting with your own Wine Mixer results.

  • Founding pricing, locked

Whatever we charge later, you keep the number you started at.

  • Monthly feedback sessions

A standing conversation with the people writing the software.

  • A direct line

Not a support queue. Our actual phone numbers.

Who’s behind it

Three of us. All three were at the folding table.

We did not read about this problem in a report. We put on the SLO Wine Mixer ourselves, counted more than forty-five wineries’ bottles by hand, and then went and built the thing we wished we’d had that morning.

Wineries are great at wine. We do the rest.
